Old passport (scan copy) including all previous Thailand visa pages and entry/exit stamps.

New passport (clear scan copy) including any previous visa pages and stamps.

3. Photograph

Recent color photo (taken within the last 6 months)

Size: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm

4. Identification Documents

National ID (NID) copy

For children: Birth Certificate (with English translation, if applicable)

5. For Business Owners

Valid Trade License (with English notarization)

Visiting card (in English)

Bank Statement (minimum last 4 months), minimum balance BDT 100,000/Person.

Bank Solvency Certificate

E-TIN Certificate

Company Letterhead Pad (Blank Copy)

6. For Job Holders

Pay slips (last 3 months)

Salary Certificate

NOC from the organization.

Office ID card (with photo)

Visiting card (in English)

National ID (NID) copy

Bank Statement (minimum last 4 months), minimum balance BDT 100,000/Person.

Bank Solvency Certificate.

7. Marital Documents (if applicable)

If the spouse’s name is not mentioned on the passport, provide a Notarized Nikahnama or Marriage Certificate with English notarization.
