Japan Visa Requirement:

For Sight-seeing
  1. Application form
  2. Valid Passport
  3. Old Passport (if any)
  4. Two Photos (2 inch X 1.4 inch)
  5. NOC, OFFICE ID BOTH SIDE, VISITING CARD, Employment Certificate (If any) – Job Holder
  6.Business Documents, Personal and Company Bank statement for last 6 months (minimum balance BDT 7,00,000/- for each applicant with Bank solvency certificate) – Business Person
  7. Program in Japan (tentative Tour Itinerary)
  8. Airline Booking Slip (two ways)
  9. Hotel Booking document during stay in Japan
  10. Invitation letter (if you have a guarantor)
11. Document certifying or explaining relations to the guarantor (if you have a guarantor)
12. Document certifying financial capabilities
  (a) If the travel expenses are borne by applicants
  (i) Tin Certificate, Income Tax-Income certificate, Tax Acknowledgement Slip (Last 3 Years)
  (ii) Bank Statement for the last 06 months and minimum balance BDT 7,00,000/- for each applicant with Bank solvency certificate
  (b) If the travel expenses are borne by a guarantor living in Japan
  (i) Guarantee letter
  (ii) Tax certificate, Bank statement or Income certificate (any one)
  (iii) Citizen registration or certificate of foreigner registration and passport copy

13. NID, Marriage Certificate (If Married), * In case of a child, provide his/her school ID. and Birth Certificate

For Official or Diplomat
  1. Application form
  2. Valid Passport
  3. Two Photos (see photo requirement)
  4. Note Verbal or Government Order
  5. Invitation letter (if any)
  6. Flight Schedule

Visa Fee: No fee for Bangladesh national.

Passport Delivery Usually (10-15) working days after submission

Submission of Visa Application  09:00am~11:00am (Sunday to Thursday)

Visa processing fee : 2000/-
